Our Approach
Writing and design make for such a perfect partnership and I am fortunate to love them both! In 1999 I graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) with a B.A. in graphic design. For the next few years I worked as a designer and editorial coordinator for various organizations (Griggs University; ADRA International; Adventist Risk Management, Inc.) until the dream of working for myself became an irresistible idea.
In 2006, after many months of planning, praying, and nail-biting, I plunged into the world of self-employment and The Write Design, LLC was born. Since then, I’ve worked on a wide array of graphic design and copyediting projects for clients such as One World Center for Autism, Inc.; Adventist HealthCare; DynCorp International; Adventist Colleges Abroad; Prince George’s County Infants and Toddlers; Howard University Hospital; Washington Adventist University; American Colleges of Nurse-Midwives; Children’s Aid Society, and many more. Sometimes I’ve worked alone; sometimes in collaboration with other talented designers and editors. It’s all been a privilege and a gift—and I believe working with you will be the same.
